This is the first and most disruptive of a short series of maintenance/upstreaming patches to SportPaper. This one is cleanup: it drops the patches added in #109 in favour of updating the Paper submodule itself, which went one step further than Spigot and updated to a newer version of log4j at the time of that incident. It also fixes some indentation in the "This is SportPaper" patch.
