Update Ghostty config schema to add current configuration options

• Add 32 missing Ghostty config options (tip/1.2.0/1.3.0) including selection-word-chars, bold-color, mouse-reporting, scrollbar, key-remap, clipboard-codepoint-map, search colours, bell features, palette generation,
  notify-on-command-finish, and more
• Update 10 existing options where types/enums changed upstream (e.g. fullscreen, macos-option-as-alt, macos-non-native-fullscreen changed from boolean to enum)
• Mark 3 confirmed-deprecated options: adw-toolbar-style, selection-invert-fg-bg, cursor-invert-fg-bg
• Add toggle_macos_option_as_alt keybind action
• Update LSP to display deprecation messages in completion docs

Schema now has 206 config options (up from 174), matching current Ghostty main / tip.
