Research advances at different paces, in different formats and places. Relevant evidence can remain isolated when a new question needs an answer. ELUCENIA narrows that gap: it organizes signals, context, differences and relationships to guide new hypotheses and investigations. Papers, clinical trials, laboratory data, clinical observations and epidemiological signals describe parts of the same challenge; the scientific question connects them. Incompatible, negative or inconclusive results are scientific information too.

AI supports. Science remains human. In-house agents follow evidence, organize signals and suggest connections. Doctors, researchers and scientists examine the sources, challenge the inferences and define the next steps. A commitment to the scientific method, without promises of a cure or automatic discoveries.

This organization publishes the code of the clinical calculators and scores listed in the collection: zero dependencies, no telemetry, no patient data, sources and reference cases included, Apache-2.0 licensed, for any physician, clinic or agency to use on a medical website. Every tool states what it does, what it does not do, and its review status. None of them replaces a physician's judgement.

Founded by Felipe Guedes, Software Engineer and Systems Architect, Toledo, Paraná, Brazil, who structures the platform and connects the project with specialists, institutions and technical documentation.
