### 1. The print stops

The first half printed normally. After the jam I stopped the job from the **Device** tab in Bambu Studio. (You can just as well stop it on the printer itself.) The progress bar shows `Layer: 64/180`.

![Stopping the print](../../images/PlaneTest/stop_printing.mp4)
https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/dc31e187-5fee-4954-a754-bdd08f2a9a74

The important part here is what I _didn't_ do: I didn't take the plate off, didn't touch the part and didn't turn the printer off. The printer stayed on, so it still knows exactly where Z is, and that makes the resume as simple as it gets.

Before slicing, look closely at the part and find the last layer that really printed properly. When a jam starts, the last few layers are often thin or missing even though the printer counts them as done. Go by the part, not by the counter. In my test, the counter stopped on 64, the top layer looked fine, so I entered 64 as the last successfully printed layer.

İlk yarı normal şekilde basıldı. Sıkışmadan sonra işi Bambu Studio'nun **Device** sekmesinden durdurdum. (Yazıcının kendi ekranından durdurmak da aynı işi görür.) İlerleme çubuğunda `Layer: 64/180` yazıyor.

![Baskının durdurulması](../../images/PlaneTest/stop_printing.mp4)
https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/dc31e187-5fee-4954-a754-bdd08f2a9a74

![Heating the bed](../../images/DragonTest/heat_bed.mp4)
https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/ac19b8f3-ae5d-44ca-8377-af8a1c3ca9ae

After the restart, nothing is heated. On the printer's screen I set the bed back to its printing temperature (55 °C), so the part keeps sticking to the plate and stays the same size it was printed at. I also set the nozzle to 140 °C, but there's no special reason for that and it isn't required.

### 3. Bring the nozzle down onto the part by hand

https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/f17985aa-a730-4c0d-9e2f-60b42b21a8ec

Without taking the plate off or moving it, I put the Benchy into the wall facing the same way as in Bambu Studio.

Here the Benchy's shape got in the way. The front of the hull is oval and slopes outwards, so the part only touches the wall on sloped surfaces. It sits in the right place, but nothing really holds it down, and a small push can lift it out. That's expected for parts that get wider towards the top: a wall around the bottom can stop them sliding sideways, but not lifting up.

#### First try: without glue

![Failed attempt without glue](../../images/BenchyTest/failed_benchy.mp4)

Before using glue, I tried it the normal way: I put the part into the wall and pressed Resume. As soon as the nozzle started printing on top, it dragged the part along and lifted it out of the wall. I put it back a couple of times, and each time it happened again. With only sloped surfaces touching the wall, there was simply nothing holding the hull down.

Doğru yerde duruyor ama onu aşağıda tutan bir şey yok; küçük bir itme bile yukarı kaldırabiliyor.
