README and results for RC2 (image 4046c81baa07, live since 2026-10-09). Docs and receipts only; install/ is unchanged, so the image tag stays the same.

• "What it does" table: refreshed from RC2's production receipts: RigMark, prefill, staggered arrivals, short-code concurrency, the field guide at 16K and 32K, the matrix and quality.
• New rows:
  • the KV pool, 2.36M tokens with 1M context per request;
  • same greedy output at C1 and C4;
  • field guide at 32K;
  • many-prompt single-stream decode.
• References: the Mia TensorFold reference values are updated to v1.10, measured on the same pair.
• Profiles: 4x1m is now the default, and the README describes the KV shard.
• Prefix cache on disk: the section covers running it beside the shard, its cost under the shard, and the 2026-10-09 restore numbers.
• Engine: the upstream layer is now upstream/glm53-flash-20261009-rc2.
• Credits: batch-invariant kernels (Thinking Machines Lab) for ATLAS_GLM_CANONICAL_VERIFY.
• results/2026-10-09-rc2/: RESULT.md plus raw receipts with SHA256SUMS. Home directories are scrubbed.
