• complete the PW3 lifecycle/interface work and the focused EXP1 v1.1 CLI performance campaign

• version the byte-identical final table trees and freeze record with byte-preserving Git attributes
• ignore local run archives, diagnostics, exploratory outputs, and Python caches; remove 88 bytecode files from Git tracking without deleting local copies

Validation

• final campaign: 1,938 attempted batches, 1,900 reportable measured batches, 5,610 requests, zero classified failures
• deterministic table regeneration: 9 files per tree, zero file/hash mismatches
• all committed freeze/table artifacts match their staged Git blobs byte-for-byte
• git diff --cached --check passed before the final evidence commit
