Follows the AUR stack (50, 51, 53, now merged). Brings the two planning docs in line with what shipped: AUR adapter checkbox in ROADMAP Phase 4, and the Registry trait + D3 row in ARCHITECTURE now name all four ecosystems instead of npm-only. No code changes. Gate green locally: fmt, clippy, 468 tests.
