The five npm-script-lens links in
CD_res/research-phase1/verdict-heuristics.mdare all missing a letter in the account name, so all five 404 right now:Booyak101should beBooyaka101on the three GitHub ones, andbooyak101should bebooyaka101on the two dev.to ones.I wrote npm-script-lens, which is how I noticed. Nothing else in the file is touched, and the HIGH/MEDIUM/LOW/SAFE capability split you cite matches what the tool actually does.
