Automated update of tagged-disks.auto.tfvars from tag-pvc-disks workflow.

Note

The PR created by this workflow uses the default GITHUB_TOKEN, which prevents the opentofu.yml workflow from triggering automatically. This is a GitHub security measure to prevent recursive workflow runs.

To enable automatic triggering of opentofu.yml, use a Personal Access Token (PAT) instead:

1. Create a PAT with 'repo' scope: https://github.com/settings/tokens
2. Store the PAT as a repository secret (e.g., PAT_TOKEN)
3. Update the GH_TOKEN environment variable in this workflow to use the PAT secret

Note: tagged-disks.auto.tfvars is now auto-loaded by OpenTofu (requires .auto.tfvars extension)
