Plugin Admin Page Has Inconsistent Font and Layout

The two first headers in the plugin are a different font than the rest and the layout of the two top sections are not fixed, like the sections below.

Would this issue be eligible for a paid external contribution? I saw the historical Equalify bounty handbook, but couldn't confirm the current arrangement.

I inspected the WordPress integration's current admin template: the first two cards use an 800px maximum width, while the search/table/pagination use 900px, and the enqueued admin stylesheet is currently empty. That gives a concrete starting point for the layout inconsistency; I haven't yet reproduced the font difference in WordPress.

I propose US$75 for a focused PR that makes the section widths and heading typography consistent, keeps the page usable at narrow widths, and includes before/after screenshots plus local keyboard and existing-control checks. The work would stay within the plugin's admin presentation.

If paid contributions are currently available, could a maintainer confirm the intended layout, acceptance/payment terms, and whether an India-based external contributor is eligible before I implement it?
