Make market features more editable and understandable
But this will remove something like re-send if the village don't have enough resources (or more but I didn't notice, pls report if you found)
IMO if a task fails, just let it fail don't retry, so this makes the users config more carefully and makes the bot run like humans more than "bot".
Still not complete now since I have to finish rework on task executor.
