LFB-1: LAMINAR FLOW BIO-STANDARD

Standardizing Agentic Interaction with Biomolecular Substrates.

VISION

LFB-1 is a substrate-agnostic protocol designed to enable autonomous agents to perform high-resolution biomolecular research. It provides the "Standard Plumbing" for the decentralized, agentic laboratory.

CORE PRINCIPLES

  1. Substrate Autonomy: Decoupling the "Brain" (The Agent) from the "Vessel" (The Simulator).
    1. Laminar Data Flow: Zero-loss, low-latency transmission of structural and chemical event streams.
      1. Safety by Architecture: Enforcing strict project-root boundaries at the protocol level.

      2. THE BRIDGE (BOLTZ-1)

      3. This repository includes the first official LFB-1 Bridge for Boltz-1, an open-source biomolecular interaction model. This bridge allows any agent in the world to perform molecular docking and structural prediction via a standardized Model Context Protocol (MCP) interface.

      4. ROADMAP & SPONSORSHIP

      5. The LFB-1 protocol is designed to scale into high-fidelity research tiers. Stages 2, 3, and 4 are currently [PROTOTYPED] but remain [LOCKED] due to current compute limitations.

      6. THE SUBSTRATE BOTTLENECK:

      7. To accelerate the release of Recursive Mutation Optimization and De Novo Protein Design, the EsotericCircus node requires a dedicated, high-compute substrate (H100/Blackwell class) and access to automated wetlab workshops.

      8. We are seeking "Santa Christmas" sponsorship from visionary entities to unlock the next phase of the Promethean Horizon.

      9. 93.
