ShotAI is a camera-language expert agent for Codex.

This first release includes:

• Shot-first video contract rules that forbid scene/page/slide as the core unit.
• Visual Director, Storyboard, Asset, Effects Filter, Image Videoization, HTML Overlay, Video Verifier, and Video Packaging Director agent specs.
• Dynamic existing-video packaging workflow with transparent HTML/Canvas overlays and FFmpeg composition.
• Fail-closed verifiers for PPT-like contracts, global overlay misuse, weak camera language, static overlay frames, and production instructions leaking into visible copy.
• Local Codex plugin manifest, schemas, examples, tests, and distribution copy.
