Try out content placeholders in place of existing preloader

It's becoming a trend lately to use an animated skeleton preview of a page while content is loading, which gives the user the illusion that the page is loading faster than it actually is. Some studies have been done on this and the perception of load time was reduced by ~500ms to ~1200ms. In other words, people thought the page loaded 500 to 1200 milliseconds faster than it actually did.

This Vue component might be the answer to getting started with these placeholders.
