We need a way to interact with our general users. Creating a simple chat room for everyone to discuss in, is the logical first step. We can use Socket.io

Necessary moderation

  • Mute users
  • Kick users
  • Ban users
  • Spam protection
    • 5 messages per second, per user, should be enough
