feat: follow control-plane theme in embedded UIs and register AIS once - #13

Pass Treer Light/Dark into the Agent Interface iframe and keep the iframe key tied to registered_at so a real re-register remounts the UI. ACP and ais-kit now register the interface once at start instead of refreshing every 20 seconds, which was remounting the thread UI.
