Build automation to triage open PRs by type (e.g. dependabot vs security vs feature) — a GitHub Actions workflow, scheduled agent task, or manual skill to label/sort PRs by urgency.
Acceptance: PRs are labeled/categorized by risk/type; a human can see at a glance which PRs are safe to fast-track vs which need real review.
