Cross-platform install scripts for OpenClaw — the multi-channel AI agent gateway.
This is an independent third-party tool built and maintained by Yo-Da Lai. It wraps the official OpenClaw installer with prerequisite handling (Node.js installation), platform detection, and friendlier output. It does not modify OpenClaw itself; it calls the official npm install -g openclaw@latest under the hood.
⚠️ Not affiliated with the OpenClaw project (github.com/openclaw/openclaw). For official support, see their docs and Issues page.
- Detects your platform (macOS, Linux, WSL2, or Windows native)
- Installs Node.js (22.14+ or 24+) if it's missing or too old
- Runs
npm install -g openclaw@latest(the official OpenClaw install command) - Walks you through
openclaw onboard --install-daemon - Optionally launches the OpenClaw dashboard
