Fit, phasor and fetch all read one static dataset id, so with two files
open they acted on whichever was opened last. The id now travels on the
ImagePlus and the window in front decides. It is what the QuPath
extension already does, holding the id on the ImageServer.

With several files open and something else in front, the commands stop
and name the files rather than guessing. One file open still works
without clicking anything first.

Open FLIM file was fetching the global intensity image instead of the
dataset's own plane, so it showed the wrong file for the same reason.
It now uses the plane endpoint, and titles the window with the filename.

Every fit replaced the table, so fitting a second file lost the first.
It now appends, and each row is labelled with the filename.

ImageJ back-fills a column added by a later row with 0, so a mono fit
followed by a tri fit would read n_exp 0 on the first row. Both
directions get NaN instead, which the table shows as an empty cell.

On JDK 26 javac skips annotation processors found on the classpath, so
the SciJava index came out empty and Fiji drew no menu at all. CI builds
on 21 and was not affected, so the published 0.2.0 jar is sound.

Version in pom.xml, CITATION.cff and PLUGIN_VERSION.
