1. Admin이 가게 등록을 승인하면 기존 최신 등록 가게에 대한 캐시 목록에 새로 등록된 가게 추가 2. LRU 캐시 핸들러를 통한 캐시 최대 개수 제한 추가 기능 추가 3. 최신 등록을 정렬 조건으로 10개 검색시 해당 10개를 최신 등록 가게 캐시 저장소에 저장하도록 추가
