Support enabling objects per frequency band

This would allow for frequency-dependent models without having to make entirely new or separate models.

Note that this affects other parts, like path analysis.

In case a frequency band is disabled in the Frequency object, then also don't solve the modal energies for that band. This affects System.solve_system and System.solved
