What works:

• Bayesian and frequentist sequential A/B/n CLI analysis
• Conversion and ARPU support
• Guardrails + SRM checks + agent-oriented recommendations
• Duration planning (frequentist and Bayesian assurance)
• Input modes: JSON, pasted text, CSV, XLSX (mapping-based)
• Environment readiness check: bayestest doctor

Not production-hardened yet:

• Experimental quality; interfaces may change
• Limited model robustness for some ARPU/distribution edge cases
• Additional CI hardening and connector coverage planned
• Needs stronger verification against other tools/methods to confirm agreement on decisions
