Super Mario World: "Change of Scenery" don't trigger.

I tried to get this achievement twice. However, the achievement is not triggered.
RA2Snes v1.1.2
FXPAK PRO firmware v1.11.1rc4 and firmware v1.11
QUsb2Snes v0.7.35

In Turtles in Time, the achievements "The Leader", "The Baby Turtle", and "Where's the Ninjas??" were not triggered. I attempted these achievements 3 times in my stream.

I remember having a bit of trouble with Change of Scenery when I mastered it for v1.0.0. The issue is data timing as data received from the sd2snes is both not frame perfect and not end of frame data that rcheevos expects. I will look into the other achievements, but I am working on a solution for next release that will help alleviate timing issues.
