Fixes #8.\n\n## Summary\n- Adds a custom hover/focus tooltip for language bars showing language name and percentage.\n- Keeps the native title/aria label fallback for accessibility.\n- Prevents language bars from acting like logout buttons; only the logout icon logs out now.\n\n## Verification\n- npm run typecheck\n- npx eslint src/renderer/src/components/GitHubStatsWidget.tsx --quiet\n\nNote: full npm run lint still reports pre-existing errors in src/renderer/src/components/ContributionGrid.tsx unrelated to this change.
