This PR improves the robustness of GitHub synchronization by ensuring local Git configurations are set, which prevents failures when the user hasn't set global Git identity. It also improves handling of new/empty repositories. Documentation is updated to include screenshots, remove emojis, and clarify support for Personal Access Tokens and custom repositories.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 2245191653293428838 started by @FaiGiJoon

- Automatically configure local Git identity in sync_manager.py for successful pushes.
- Handle empty repository pull failures gracefully in conflict checks.
- Add screenshots to README.md.
- Remove emojis from README.md and GUIDE.md.
- Explicitly mention PAT and custom repository support in documentation.
