KLayout Microfluidic Component Library v1.0.0

First official release of the KLayout Microfluidic Component Library.

Includes 8 parametric PCells for soft-lithography microfluidic mask design:

• SerpentineChannel: Centred serpentine with guaranteed inlet/outlet alignment
• StraightChannel: Simple rectangular channel with arbitrary orientation
• TJunction: Asymmetric T-junction with merged geometry
• YChannel: Y-junction with adjustable inlet angles and widths
• FFSimpleJunction: Simple 4-arm cross-junction for flow-focusing
• FFXJunction: X-junction with re-entrant orifice geometry
• Chamber: Rectangular chamber with configurable chamfers
• Outlet: Circular reservoir with radial inlet array
