Summary

Adds process priority management for Task Scheduler startup programs and implements an interactive menu UI for easier program management.

Changes

  • Priority feature: New set-priority command (alias: sp) to set process priority (Idle, BelowNormal, Normal, AboveNormal, High, Realtime) for Task Scheduler programs
  • Priority in add command: Users can specify priority when adding new startup programs
  • Interactive menu UI: New interactive menu that displays when running without arguments, providing easy access to all operations including priority management
  • Priority display: Priority information shown in startup programs list

Technical Details

  • Priority managed through Task Scheduler service
  • Interactive menu supports all operations: add, remove, enable/disable, set priority, and list viewing
  • Maintains full CLI backward compatibility

First of all thanks for the PR.
Code wise I think it is pretty much all good.

I noticed you bumped the dotnet version to 10, which is fine with me.. But then we also need to bump the version in the workflow file.

I would like to see the documentation (readme.md) be updated as well with the new changes and if you wouldn't mind put your changes in the unreleased section in the changelog.md.

Description = "Sets the priority of a Task Scheduler startup program"
};

setPriorityCommand.AddAlias("sp");

I am wondering if it would make more sense to use a single letter to be consistent with the others.. for instance p for priority. This would make it look more similar in the help output.
