The background buffer dropped its oldest frames past 3000, losing presence updates, PMs and channel messages. Status and typing frames are now coalesced per character, the cap is raised to 50k, and an overflow triggers a reconnect on resume to resync the online list.

Fixes #32. The iOS background buffer silently dropped its oldest frames once full. Status and typing frames are now coalesced per character, the cap is raised, and an overflow triggers a reconnect on resume.
