When the Advanced Coke Oven builds up Creosote oil, if there are no items inside the ACO's inventory, when using buckets to take the oil out, the gauge displaying the amount built up's number and level do not update, despite removing oil from the inventory. Once all oil is gone, buckets cannot be filled from it, but it still shows there as being oil, unless an item is added in fuel slot to "notify" the inventory display to update.
