Quick start (COPASI)

1. Download and install COPASI
2. Open a model file from src/unpacked/ (look for .cps / .copasi)
3. Run tasks:
   • Time Course
   • Steady State
   • Parameter Estimation (if configured)

Reproducibility

This repo keeps the original archive in models/ and the extracted contents in src/unpacked/ so you can always trace provenance.
