FreeBSD commands don't work on pfSense

It appears that the number of tabs isn't the same in PF's /etc/pam.d/sshd as it is on standard FreeBSD.
Add a special case for pf, or perhaps just for FreeBSD 11.3-RELEASE, as that's the base for current pf
