The Upload corpus on failure step in the fuzz workflow used a floating v4 tag while every other action in the repo is SHA-pinned (roadmap task #15). Pinning to the current 7.0.1 SHA brings it in line with the supply-chain posture and supersedes Dependabot PR #2 (which only proposed the version bump without addressing the floating tag).
