What

Adds a deprecation notice (GitHub [!WARNING] alert) at the very top of README.md:

  • floe-agent is deprecated and in security-fix-only mode; the repository will be archived.
  • Points users to floe-guard for spend metering and budget gating, and to @floelabs/cli for platform access.

README only. No code change, no version bump. package.json stays at 0.6.2, which is already on npm, so the publish workflow skips on merge.

Follow-ups not done here

  • Final npm release of floe-agent carrying this notice (the npm page keeps showing the old README until a new version is published).
  • npm deprecate floe-agent with a message pointing to floe-guard and @floelabs/cli.
  • Archive this repository at the next docs reorg.
