Summary

• StartupBenchmark opts in to ExperimentalMetricApi. Its TraceSectionMetric("neuro.init") is experimental in the current macrobenchmark, so :benchmark did not compile and neither StartupBenchmark nor :app:generateBaselineProfile could run.
