Fixed about page overlay so if the screen size is smaller the text fits within the overlay
changed around some of the css for the about page overlay as well as added a few comments to clarify what some of the style queues are actually doing
adding comments to the hardware code
Changed navbar to use cleaner looking buttons, also changed FLOM to logo
