Why

Recent commits (2026-07-22, PRs #12-15) shipped a full Puzzle gravity-playtest analytics feature — dedicated strict project, catalogue validation, reporting/friction/daily queries, admin routes, and a designer-facing GameplayDiagnosticsPage.tsx — with no README mention at all. docs/puzzle-gravity-playtest-handoff.md documents it in full but isn't linked from anywhere a reader would find it.

Separately, the docs index in the Layout section was missing four files that already exist: client-integration.md, sdk-test-mode.md, dependencies.md, access-control.md.

What changed

  • New "Puzzle Gravity Playtest" section summarizing the feature and pointing at the handoff doc and the relevant Go/dashboard files.
  • Completed the docs index with the four missing files plus the new handoff doc.

Left as a draft — not merging myself, surfacing for review.

2026-07-22 commits shipped a full Puzzle gravity-playtest analytics
surface (dedicated strict project, catalogue validation, reporting,
designer diagnostics dashboard page) with zero README mention. Also
fills in four existing docs/ files (client-integration, sdk-test-mode,
dependencies, access-control) that were never listed in the doc index.
