How do you remove veil

i keep trying to add oculus to my modpak but everytime i try and run it it says "embeddium is incompatable with veil"
i dont even know if i even added veil so how the hell do i remove it

Some mods (ergo I believe sable does this) will "jar in jar" veil, aka embed the veil jar within their jar.

You would have to remove the mod that has jar in jared Veil

Yes. Or use Sodium (which is veil compatible) instead of Embeddium
