Veil lights break translucent block rendering unless fabulous graphics settings are turned on #192

Description

@Rolahr

Description
Any block with the "translucent" render type has its rendering completely broken when any veil light is shined on it. Fog, darkness, and all other shading behind the block is absent. The only way to avoid this issue is to turn on fabulous graphics settings, which completely breaks custom rendering from many other mods. This issue doesn't affect "cutout" blocks, only "translucent" ones.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Place any block with the "translucent" render type
  2. Create any light using Veil
  3. Set graphics to "fancy"

Expected Behavior
Veil's light was expected to pass through the block as normal.

Additional Context
I initially found this issue in a larger pack with sodium and other graphics mods, but the attached screenshot was from an instance with no mods other than Veil and ImGuiMC.
