HintColdfor upload address+size pairs seen more than once. Pokopia frequently reuploads textures; unnecessarily marking them cold can induce page faults. No new image layout, DMA synchronization or shader changes. Does not contain rejected PRs #16/#18/#19/#20. Requires Windows artifact A/B against official v0.0.3 and photo-first-capture/sky checks. Do not merge without testing.
