This repository is a public Hugging Face release-readiness proof repo for Francisco Abner Rivera's public technical surface. It provides public-safe templates for model cards, adapter/model release notes, dataset cards, evaluation/report cards, Space README files, and release checklists.
The repo proves release discipline. A card template is not a release, a planned artifact is not a download, and a scaffold is not a model, dataset, report, benchmark, endpoint, or Space. Every future Hugging Face artifact needs evidence, provenance, limitations, intended use, out-of-scope use, companion GitHub links, release notes, and human approval before it can be described as released.

This scaffold creates no Hugging Face repositories, cards, models, datasets, Spaces, downloads, endpoints, benchmarks, reports, or releases. It may support future reviewed artifact cards only after evidence and human approval exist.
franzabner-proof-stack is the intended proof navigation and claim-control layer for this repo after human review. hf-card-templates should remain a downstream Hugging Face release-readiness proof node: useful for card structure, checklist discipline, and boundary literacy, but not authoritative for artifact release decisions.
