Release status: scaffolded.
License pending human review.
Human review required before release claims, license changes, or external references.
Public AI infrastructure needs proof without exposure.
local-ai-lab-boundary is the Franzabner public boundary artifact for showing how a local AI lab, AI workstation, or agent-assisted engineering workflow can be documented without publishing the real system behind it.
This repo replaces pressure to publish risky real studio, lab, dotfiles, DGX, service-route, and agent-workflow material. It gives Franzabner a public-safe way to show infrastructure documentation discipline while keeping private topology, credentials, endpoints, service maps, private corpora, private weights, private prompts, private agent harnesses, and sealed YOSO-YAi implementation out of public view.
This repo is intended to become a portfolio-ready reference for:
- lab boundary classification;
- public/private/sealed infrastructure documentation;
- synthetic topology examples;
- redaction and disclosure decision rules;
- review gates before anything leaves private systems;
- proof routing back to the Franzabner public proof stack.
| Area | Public-safe proof |
|---|---|
| Boundary discipline | Separates public notes from private and sealed implementation. |
| Documentation architecture | Shows how a lab can be documented without publishing real topology. |
| Redaction discipline | Shows when redaction is enough and when synthetic replacement is required. |
| Review readiness | Provides checklists for human review before publication. |
| Portfolio routing | Connects infrastructure documentation to a public proof surface. |

- GitHub portfolio role: future public-safe derivative repo after review.
- Upwork route: scoped local AI lab documentation and public/private boundary review, draft only until human-approved.
- Hugging Face route: none by default. This repo may support process documentation, not model, dataset, Space, or hosted artifact release.
Allowed content:
- synthetic lab inventories;
- fake host and service examples;
- redaction rules;
- artifact classification tables;
- disclosure policies;
- review checklists;
- text-only synthetic diagrams and decision tables.
Do not publish:
- real lab topology;
- hostnames, ports, VPN details, private remotes, or service routes;
- credentials, tokens, keys, or secret workflows;
- private model stores, corpora, weights, prompts, or harnesses;
- sealed YOSO-YAi implementation;
- customer, deployment, revenue, or production claims.
This public scaffold is a derivative boundary repo. The publication value is proof of documentation discipline, not proof of a live lab, live model, live service, private deployment, customer engagement, or hosted artifact.
This is a public scaffold. No license decision has been made. No release, deployment, client, customer, model, dataset, Space, benchmark, or hosted artifact claim is made.
