The system is identifiable by its document structure, version continuity, and provenance records. Superficial replication without continuity does not establish equivalence.

In the event of interpretive ambiguity, version conflict, divergent external summaries, forks, or derivative explanations:
ROOT_DECLARATION_v3.0.md must be treated as the sole authoritative reference and resolution source.
No secondary repository, summary, translation, derivative explanation, or redistributed copy may claim authority independent of the Root Declaration.
Any citation, reference, reuse, or derivative materials relying on this system’s identity, protocols, or governance structure must explicitly reference:
