This is still an issue, with some mod interactions. I am running 1.20.1 forge 47.4.16, with the latest Overflowing Bars v8.0.1, default configuration.

With Chat Animation [Smooth Chat] installed, the upper middle part of the UI gets shifted upwards about 10 units, where my Jade tooltip is:

With Gnetum also installed (a hud rendering optimization mod for Embeddium), everything in the default UI is shifted up, fps counter from Chloride, Hotbar, Health Bar, Armor Bar, etc:

I guess Chat Animation is the culprit, maybe it's using bad methods or something, but just FYI.

Curiously, if I do the /reload command, everything settles back into proper place.

If I disable the Chat Animation mod, everything goes back to normal.

If I disable Overflowing Bars, it also goes back to 'normal', but I don't want to do that.

Inventory Profiles Next doesn't seem to cause any problems.
