This requires that the field
parent_idfrom a document can be updated. Anyway, this should not be allowed by default (see GBSL-Informatik/teaching-api#29 for further details), so it can now be configured through the admin panel, which document types are allowed to re-assign their parent:API Dependency: GBSL-Informatik/teaching-api#29
