Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • Update the Eleventy preset to v0.4.1.
  • Use the preset’s built-in redirect handling.
  • Remove the local redirect generator and redirect layout.
  • Preserve legacy /our-work/ routes with explicit redirect_from entries.
  • Normalize redirect paths to retain existing directory-style URLs.
