fix: complete OpenBitFun market and relay cutover

Summary

• Emit and accept only the exact minOpenBitFunVersion market field, with regression coverage for the retired and mis-cased forms.
• Add a one-time offline production migration for MiniApp/Skin records and Skin packages (openbitfun.appearance, .openbitfun-appearance) without adding runtime compatibility paths.
• Align Relay container, image, environment, and database names with OpenBitFun.
• Fix the Skin market container build so the OpenBitFun theme package and its Docker build context are included.
• Commit the generated OpenBitFun macOS icon bundles used by Desktop and Installer so the development workflow stays clean.

Verification

• Product-domain, MiniApp market, Skin market, Relay service, and Relay server focused Rust tests passed.
• MiniApp/Skin frontend tests and builds passed.
• pnpm run check:web, pnpm run check:repo-hygiene, and pnpm run check:core-boundaries passed.
• Migration unit tests, shell syntax checks, and Docker Compose validation passed.
• Both generated .icns bundles are byte-identical and recognized as valid macOS icons.
• All three production images built and passed isolated health preflights on lwb.
• Production MiniApp/Skin list, detail, and download contracts were swept end-to-end; responses contain only minOpenBitFunVersion, and migrated Skin archives use the new schema and extension with verified hashes.
• Production Relay reports healthy on version 1.0.0 with the new database filename.

Remote scenarios

• Remote control: exercised against the live Relay health/account/device path. Test Relay user-scoped state was reset so the next login initializes from clean server state. Per operator request, the Desktop UI was not launched for manual testing.
• Remote workspace, Peer Device Mode, and Detached Dispatch: no behavior change in this PR; not exercised.
