fix(ui): polish branding, settings, galleries, and voice opt-in

Summary

Improves brand legibility, settings and gallery controls, and opt-in voice behavior. The complete 134-file change set is split into 11 focused commits, based on the latest fetched upstream/1.0.0-explore.

• Keep the About logo geometry fixed while its thin-line highlights flow uniformly around closed contours; respect reduced motion and pause hidden animations.
• Generate SVG, multi-size PNG, ICO, and ICNS assets with a continuous bright outer rim and size-specific line weights. Use dedicated macOS tray template artwork and explicit small favicons.
• Keep Combobox chip removal controls circular and simplify the recent-workspace heading.
• Compact MiniApp gallery tabs, search, category, sorting, and result-count controls.
• Keep relay-deployment actions outside scrollable content so they remain reachable.
• Default newly selected models to multimodal while retaining existing model categories; align model editor fields, status, URL previews, and footer actions with shared controls.
• Default voice calls to disabled until explicitly enabled. Hide the idle voice switch when disabled, preserve the exit control during active calls, and keep persisted enabled preferences intact.
• Isolate Rust fixture formatting in its own commit.

The inherited mobile typography violations are fixed with existing semantic tokens. pnpm run check:web now passes, as do pnpm run lint:web (existing warnings only) and pnpm --dir src/mobile-web run test:ui-components. No typography baselines or allowlists were relaxed.

Reviewer Notes

The model-settings conflict with upstream's reasoning-preset changes was resolved by retaining conditional footer visibility and the updated controls together.

AI-assisted; tested locally with targeted automated checks. No packaged application, native OS icon-cache refresh, or end-to-end remote workspace, remote control, peer-device, or detached-dispatch scenarios were exercised. Existing voice preferences are preserved; no data migration is required.
