feat(flowchat): Improve agent overview controls - #2968

- Show active agents and their ancestors by default, with a toggle to display the complete tree. - Add confirmed cascading deletion, including unloaded descendants, with remote context forwarding and device switch guards. - Remove redundant session titles after agent types and place types next to action menus. - Reduce indentation inherited from the standalone tree panel. - Add localized copy and tests for filtering and branch deletion.
