Short conversations were bottom-aligned by the native list containers, leaving large empty space above the first message. Keep the transcript at the content start for short sessions while preserving explicit tail-follow scrolling for streaming and new messages. Align HarmonyOS and Android behavior; iOS already uses top-start VStack layout.\n\nValidation: HarmonyOS HAP build succeeded; Android :app:compileDebugKotlin succeeded.
