Expand Data Migrator into OpenBitFun Data Tools with separate migration, reset, and session repair workflows. Add standalone Python and native Rust recovery for misplaced sessions and stale assistant identities, with verified backups, resumable tasks, and rollback support. Rename source paths, commands, build scripts, and release assets to Data Tools, and simplify the localized home screen.
Align the Cargo package, Tauri manifest, and lockfile with the independent Data Tools release version. This version identifies the first package containing the migration, reset, and session repair workflows.
Use lightweight directory fingerprints and share directory scans. Cache session catalogs and metadata, and copy only referenced snapshots. Show repair progress in the Python script and Data Tools. Reuse filesystem runtimes, stream atomic file copies, and remove unused legacy migration code that caused compiler warnings.
